Yes, for all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We do not offer refunds after 30 days. If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects in the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.
How about International Orders?
Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid by credit card. International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

We sell many different products and brands, therefore it is hard to give an exact time period. Each individual product will have a time period in which it will ship.
