Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order becomes available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 9 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@coastalrest.com

Shipping Rates & Policies ​ All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive UNASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.

  • Assembly Required – there is slight assembly required. This usually consists of attaching air hoses, the arms, and ottoman. This is pretty simple as long as you can follow instructions. Installation takes about 30-90 min depending on the massage chair.
  • Please make sure to check the box dimensions, and that they will fit through any doorway that is needed.
  • If you live in a second story apartment without an elevator, then the delivery company will not bring your massage chair up the stairs. If this is the case, you may want to consider White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery need to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. [EXTRA COST]

White Glove Delivery costs $350 and is the delivery and installation of your massage chair. It adds about a week to the total delivery time. White Glove Delivery consists of a two-person installation team that will deliver, unpack and install your massage chair in a room of your choice. They will also carry it up to two flights of stairs if needed. Please keep in mind that these are not professional massage chair installation experts, but rather a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your particular massage chair model before. Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items). How Fast Will You Receive An Order All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (HST), Monday through Friday. Your order will try to be shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise noted.

Receiving Your Massage Chair

When receiving your massage chair, please make sure to check for any damage on the box and the massage chair after it is assembled. Plug in your massage chair and press the power button and make sure that the power turns on. Then sit in your chair and press an auto program to activate the massage chair to make sure everything is in working order. Make sure that all of your airbags are inflating. If an airbag is not functioning, please inform the installers. Also, make sure that both arms of your massage chair are tightened securely. If an arm on your chair is loose, please inform the installers.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@coastalrest.com.com and we will assist you.

CoastalRest.com is not liable for damages from White Glove delivery. Making a note of the damage on the delivery slip before the installers leaving your residence is the only way that we can help you to get your damage corrected.
