It really helps my back and has my back feeling awesome
It does say in the instructions the first couple of times you use it, your back will be sore, and that was true. I am 5 foot 10, so it fits me right. It also does a good job at relaxing you right before bed. Highly recommend this product.
I discovered the joy of a high end massage chair at super fancy friend's house. WOW!! I was so relaxed, so zenned out from that chair and I wanted one. She has a rich husband who also complains if she asks for a massage. I guess we can't have it all? She had a chair with all the bells and whistles, all the options. I started googling and sigh.. 3 thousand dollars was the cheapest I could find. Darn.
I then happened to be an auction that had one of the first generation models of this chair. I thought OOOH I can get it for hundreds of dollars. Then I sat in it and it REEKED of stale cigarettes, which I don't find to be a relaxing smell. Jumped out of the chair and opened my browser, looked up this company, found this sale and bought it on the spot on my phone while someone paid way too much for the older generation stinky auction chair. Just buy a new one. You don't want to risk being massaged by something stinky. And don't smoke around the chair if you smoke because like all furniture, it will trap the odor! If you ever need to sell it one day it will be a tough sell. So maybe don't be stinky when you sit in the chair for your massage? Mental note- remind teenagers to shower before using chair. Teenagers can stink.
Shipping- delivered to my door. Unpacked and it's all ready to go. Just plug a few things in and hop in. Just be sure to measure your doorways first! This was going into an add on home office and didn't fit through the door. My fault. It went into the living room and I had a moment of panic because my living room is very simple by design. Would the chair stand out in a bad way? Actually it looks great in there and now my other furniture is jealous.
You have so many options and at first they can be overwhelming. Just take your time and try all of them. You can turn the air bags that squeeze your arms and calves up or down or off. The foot rollers can be turned up or down or off. I agree the foot rollers are intense, but once the winter hits and I'm in fuzzy socks who cares. There is a heater option and it's toasty and lovely. It's currently nine billion degrees where I live, so I'm looking forward to that option in winter.
Don't worry if you are tiny, if you are tall, if you are portly. This chair can handle all sizes. We have all sizes in our family. The magical chair adjusts to each of us.
Being the bright bulb that I am, I turned on the bluetooth on my phone and then was very shocked when email notification sounds came out of the chair. WHERE IS THAT COMING FROM??? Oh duh. Yes the chair has speakers and yes you can play soothing music and the teens can play music that annoys you, and you can play meowing noises and freak out your dogs. Just don't play anything you don't want your family to hear when your phone is synched up to the chair.
I use the chair at least twice a day. I get up and use the stretch function and have a massage to ease away sleeping while turned into a pretzel because I have large dogs who are big babies and need to sleep tucked under me at night. I then use the chair on the highest setting at night after a day dealing with .. the year 2021. Then I put on the sleep massage function on zero gravity. I almost fell asleep in the chair and I have troubles falling asleep because, again, it's the year 2021.
I chose this model because of all of the options, the touch screen controller, and knowing every day brings about the need for a different type of massage or areas of the bod that needs massaging. I also chose this because of the zero gravity. That just means the chair tilts you back and it feels like you are floating while getting a massage and even my rich friend can't make that happen. Or can she... she probably can. Money is fun like that. And finally, I chose this model because it looks cool. I may be an old gal now, but I like to pretend I'm not.
If you're like me in any way, and oh I hope you're not because that means you can barely move your neck from side to side, your hips ache, you have constant charley horses in your calves and the pandemic has made you nuttier than usual, then you should really check out this company and their chair options. There are different models that do different things. This is a fabulous price for all it does. After one massage my body pains had subsided and I woke up in a lot less pain as well.
With regular use I bet I become a happier person and that sure is worth the price of admission to experience this chair on a daily basis.

A Midwestern woman who is portly and funny and not paid to write ads although I should be because I'm very entertaining.
It was delivered on my sidewalk and once the top of the box was taken off I observed several scrapes and scratches on the base (see pictures).
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
So first off, I’m very impressed with the quality and features offered in this chair at its price point! There are four auto programs, each of which has a distinct style. Each vary between massages and I don’t think it gives the same massage twice. It’s as good as the massages I’ve gotten from Brio chairs at twice the price. It travels all the way to the buttocks and all the way up to the neck. The foot massage is fully immersive and it feels like someone kneading your feet squeezing the sides and is very relaxing! There are rollers in the calf as well as airbags to give your legs a great workout. The mechanism doesn’t sound very loud as others have stated but it’s new. Will post an update in a few months to give an idea of longevity but I’m hopeful that it will be reliable for a long time!
Bluetooth speakers are ok. Not much bass but what do you really need in a massage chair? Good clean stereo sound. It’s a nice feature regardless and does not seem like an afterthought in the design. I’m very impressed with this chair overall and highly recommend it!

Update: Still enjoying the chair and have had zero issues thus far. Still seems as quiet as it ever did with a good bit of use between March and November...
Overall, I would recommend this product.
I've had this unit for 4 months now, love it for the price. Im 6'3" 380 lbs, this is the only chair that does what I wanted and I could use without it breaking. I bought this for my wife thou and it's great for her. Only thing is it won't message the base of my neck. I love the s track and four message rollers...love it.
It’s been a year now and this chair is as good as the day it arrived. We absolutely love it!
