Cons: it only works the lower back and hips.
The neck part of it is not low enough for anyone’s neck so it is massaging your scalp, but harshly, if that sensor was a bit lower it would be nice.
I wish we would have know that this was not a full body massage chair.
Add: we have 4 people in the house ranging from 6’3 down to 5’7 so the neck comment applies to all of us, not just the shorter folks.
The company was also very good to work with. We bought 3 chairs and one the arms broke when we were putting it together (the screw became separated from the base). After contacting the company, they were very easy to work with and did everything to make it right.
If we ever need any additional chairs, we will definitely be going back to this company and this particular model!
Zero G position is very confortable.
Shoulder air bags for example are so high that you dont even feel it ( Im 5'9).
Foot massage is great. Leg and arm air bags are great. Back rolls could be higher for me..almost to no massage in the top part for example.
It does absolute wonders for my husbands back pain. I was a little bit leery at first because the price was so good but all my fears are gone, this is a great investment.
Now, I'm the one that put it together for him. It comes in two boxes and is a bit awkward to move around. You slip the back over two bolts on the base and then sit it up. You add the arms to each side and bolt in four bolts total. Then you slide the last two arm pieces on and the butt cushion and boom... Done. After, you just hook up all the hoses that are all color coordinated, roll it to where you want it, plug it in and go. Took me about an hour because I kept reading the instructions over and over again and the bolts were a pain in the ass to see when putting it together late at night in my dark living room. (Make sure to bring a light.)
Now, after that... Here's the good and the bad.
I am 5'6". The neck massager basically gets me in the back of the head. My husband is 5'10" and the neck massager hits him right. I would need to sit on another pillow to take advantage. In zero gravity position, I slide up a bit but then it's right at the top of my neck and still not effective for me... So think extra pillow if you're my height or shorter.
Next, the back rollers don't roll up and down your back. They basically twirl in place where they are so you will have to move yourself up or down to get them to hit other spots.
I really like all the air massagers...they squeeze and release on your arms, shoulder, butt, and calves and feels really good. It's easy to adjust the pressure if you want but I like the max setting.
The foot massager seems too short when you first sit in it, but when you power up the chair, the chair angles backward just enough that you can push your feet down into the rollers and it extends the length of the foot and calf massages. Super handy for any length of leg. The foot massager is a little awkward because you are stuck with your feet at a 90 degree angle while getting the massage, but if you move your feet around, you can get the balls to hit different part of your feet. I like the foot massager on this one better than our solo foot massager because the balls are large and gentle.
Zero gravity really ups the pressure when you need it.
All in all, it's a good chair. I just wish the back rollers rolled up and down instead of just in a circle motion.
Biggest complaint: The hole for one of two bolts that hold up one of the arm rests does not line up. Also, this chair is for skinny people.
The only issue I had was that the instructions manual could have been more clear in the first steps....just place the back of the chair vertically into the mount and you will save an incredible amount of time that I wasted trying to understand the manual.
Overall, it was a fantastic purchase that made everyone in the family happy and excited to use it on a daily basis.
The chairs rollers are in great positions for taller people 6' plus. My husband loves it, I'm 5'5" and have to pry myself up for neck massage but worth the effort.
Cons: Headrest could have more padding added
Dislike: I'm small so shoulder massage doesn't reach my shoulders.
Over all its very relaxing. I enjoy the zero gravity feature. Just moved and was able to easily reassemble it again without instructions.
The only draw back is that, at least for me, it is not the most comfortable chair to sit in unless you are reclining. Overall, I’m still glad I bought it.
We have tried some other massager in the past but we could not find the massager that hit our lower back.
Buy this massager's roller hit right in the lower back, with air pressure and heat, we often fall in asleep in the chair.
Other than those things, I love the chair. It works about as well as the massage chairs inside malls despite the relatively cheap price, I like the zero gravity function, and I like how I can play my music using its bluetooth function.
PROS:
1. The chair arrived on time and was easy to put together. I did it by myself.
2. I like the Bluetooth and airbag features. Actually, I like all the features.
3. The foot, arm, lower back and leg massage are great.
4. Customer Service was super responsive and worked with me even though it was not my preferred solution; it was a fair solution for both parties.
CONS:
1. I didn’t realize that with me being 5’3”, the shoulder and neck massage would not get my shoulders and neck and that was the primary purpose for buying the chair. I have been going to physical therapy to relieve the tension in that area and I thought this chair would help but unfortunately the shoulder airbags didn’t reach my shoulders and the neck rollers were on my head, missing the critical areas entirely. I think if I were at least 5’7”, this chair would be perfect.
2. Since the functions of the chair were not defective, I was responsible for shipping if I returned the chair for a full refund. NOTE: Pros #4, customer service was excellent.
3. I had to purchase a Shiatsu Neck Shoulder Massager w/Heat to use in addition to the chair to get the areas required.
4. Seat cushion is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It’s not horrible but I add an extra pillow.
Overall, I think this is a great buy if you’re 5’7” or taller or if you’re shorter and the neck and shoulders are not a concern. The price is great, features are nice and it does the job.

1. Easy to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes to put all the parts together, tested and have a nice massage.
2. The zero gravity option is amazing!!!!
3. The heat option, very nice to have..
4. The bluetooth, this is a cool feature.. This will give you the option to play relaxing music on your device while you are taking a nice massage.
6. After a busy day at work, having a 10/15 minutes massage on this chair will make a big different. You will feel sooooo relax!!!
7. Price. Very affordable compare to similar products.
Overall, this is a product you want to have on your house.
I will recommend this product to anybody.
Both hubby and I have used this chair and I think it's great for the price. The foot massage and rollers on the lower back are good. For my height I don't feel like it captures by shoulders great but my husband didn't have that issue.
Wish it had a head pillow. But other than that I think we will love using this daily.oh and the zero gravity makes it so relaxing. Like you're floating.
The massage chair offers three sitting options: Sit upright, recline with legs elevated, and full recline with legs elevated. It has the capability to customize the speed & air pressure strength and/or back, waist, foot, buttock, arm, calf, or shoulder. The message chair has a heat mode. The chair heats up fast. When I have the heat on, I put a blanket under me to help reduce some of the heat because it does not have a medium or low option. The arm massager is like a blood pressure cuff that gets tight and loosens up. It has the capability to adjust the strength or intensity of it. I put it on the least strength mode. The remote is attached to the massager. When the buttons are pressed it makes a beep and has a light on it.
There are six auto mode massage options:
1. Relax
2. Sports
3. Neck
4. Waist
5. Stretch
6. Sleep
My favorite mode is sleep with the zero gravity of back reclined and feet elevated. The sleep mode feels like human hands massaging my back. The timer has the ability to be set for 5 to 30 minutes. When it goes off the chair stays in same position until the power button is pressed and then the chair goes back down to the sitting position. My husband, two young children, and I use this chair multiple times a day. It helps to relieve the stress and pressures from our day. I would highly recommend this massage chair.
Assembly: Had a hard time aligning the armrest screws. Instruction manual has very detailed pictures
Usage: Used it twice so far with zero issues and feel much better.
The air bag compression, feet rollers, and heat option are amazing features! And the Bluetooth is a nice bonus.
It wasn't too difficult to put together but the "instructions" are just close of pictures of what you're supposed to do. So that could use improvement. However, I would definitely buy it again!
I was a little skeptical of what I would find when getting this product, as the price is almost too good to be true. So far, this product is AMAZING! My son helped me assemble (he's 17) and we had it all put together and were using it in about 45 minutes. It was pretty easy to put together and there were several parts that were already assembled, so it was simple to do.
I was a little worried after attaching the arms that they seemed like they wobbled, but I haven't had an issue and I'm just careful not to push my entire body weight on them when getting in to and out of the chair.
The only drawback for comfort would be that I'm only 5'4" and somehow gave birth to a 6'1" child that doesn't exactly fit perfectly, but he still enjoys using it and makes it work ok.
So far, everyone in my house has LOVED using this chair. The speakers are loud and a neat feature. Would definitely purchase again!
I took two people about one hour to assemble the chair and I immediately tested it.
The massage was very comfortable and relaxing. And I particularly liked the no-gravity position.
I would strongly recommend this very affordable but amazing massage chair!
While I'm a big guy at 6"1' in height, I was still able to fit nicely into the chair once assembled which itself was pretty simple despite not having an instruction manual sent along with it. You can literally just look at the online picture and know where each component needs to be fitted (the air nozzles will take a little bit of effort to squeeze in together). While sitting in it, nearly all of the focus areas are well covered i.e. back, shoulder, calves etc.. and together with combination of the heating and Zero-G function, I actually fell asleep for about 5 mins during my programmed 25min session.
Overall as the title dictates, this massage chair is affordable, comfortable, ease to assemble, and most importantly gets the job done! I'm already considering clipping a collection bucket next to the massage chair so I can charge the friends and family rate of $10 whenever they are over hahaha.

I’m 6’3” the and the zero gravity isn’t optimal for my height. My husband has no complaints at 6’. I was surprised that this chair doesn’t have a shiatsu setting. Overall I really enjoy the chair and I’m happy I made the purchase. Very relaxing massage. The arm, thigh, leg compression and heat are my favorites. It’s a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Definitely worth the price.
The chair itself was easy to assemble and was up and running in less than an hour.
When using the chair, the buttons was intuitive and perfect to getting the lower back and back area. You can set a timer and just relax or take a short nap while the chair did its magic. The chair is perfect and for the price, it’s an excellent Massage chair.
I’ve recommended it to others who have been looking for similar massage chairs.
It took about ten minutes of sitting in the chair for my husband to go from "Why did you get this? We don't need this. Where are we going to put it?" to "Oh, man! I love this chair!!" Now it's a personal test of will to see how long I can go without saying, "I told you so."
The perk is that I get to sit in it too, on those (so far) few occasions when he's not in it.
The chair arrived without an assembly manual, but the seller was very quick to respond with a pdf manual. It took some fumbling to find all of the pneumatic lines stuffed in the crevices but overall not too bad.
Shipping was very quick. After I placeD it on orders, it took 5 days for the delivery. Three large packages was delivered of at least 170 lbs. the assembly was actually very simple. All just snapped on and only the arm rest is the only parts that needed bolted.
After assembled, my wife was totally satisfied. What was shown on the video, she experienced it first hand, what it can do. Thank you very much, product is as advertised!
Btw...The price you pay in the malls for this massage chairs averages over a $1000.00, but th3price you pay for this massage chair with the discount and free shipping is $739.00.
I'm 6'0 tall. 35" waist and 44" wide shoulders. The chair is tight, but manageable.
In short, there are certainly better units out there. But when you factor in that this unit is $800, and some of those units are 4-6 times more expensive, I consider this a bargain. So far the mechanics and pneumatics have all worked fine, as has the blue-tooth speaker system. Overall I would suggest this unit, as a fair product for a fair price.
After doing a careful research for massage chairs, comparing price and functions of this one with other massage chairs in the market, I finally decided to purchase this model. I have had it for three months. It is a amazing chair with great valuable price.I like the function of Thai Yoga stretch.It works perfectly and makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable after daily work.Because of siting for long periods of time each day working on a computer, I am suffering from slight pain in neck,shoulder, back and waist,the chair, with help of air squeezing, provides flexible massage on these parts. it really help me release the pain. I stongly recommend you to purchse one. You will find it is worth to have it.
Cons: It came in with damage in one wheel bracket. So we are using it with 3 wheels instead of 4 wheels now. I think this chair will work better for people who are taller and larger than me. I am 5'6" and 145 lbs. The shoulder pads can not reach my shoulders when they are puffed up. The thigh pads can not reach my thigh when they are at the fullest. The top row of rollers at the back touches the bottom of my head instead of my neck. The bottom row of rollers is positioned below my lumbar... Anyway the chair doesn't fit me.
First, the bad:
When I first received this chair I was not that impressed. The construction of the chair is fine, but assembling it turned out to be a real pain because the bolt threads for the armrests didn't really line up well with brackets, and caused me to spend the better part of 45 minutes trying to get the arms on. One of the 4 bolts ended up getting cross-threaded and thus the left arm is a bit loose. So that was frustrating. After seating it out to put it together I sat down in the chair, tired and sore from the ordeal, and... the message was painful - mostly in the lower back rollers, and I was incredibly frustrated that my legs couldn't extend all the way and remained in a tucked position. The controller is designed really stupidly and the programmed messages are not adjustable, outside of the airbag pressure (which wasn't my source of pain).
Then, things got better.
After the first day I came back to give the chair another try. I read through the manual to see what I was missing with the terribly laid out controller. Turns out there just wasn't a whole lot to be done to customize settings. However, I went through all the presets and did finally land on one that was tolerable for my lower back (setting 6 "sleep" mode). My other point of frustration was having my legs feel like they were getting pushed up to my chest (and I'm only 6 foot) went he chair reclined all the way, and I found that if you only recline 3/4 of the way you can get a fuller extension of the legs which is more comfortable. I wish I could extend my legs straight like a recliner, but hey, at least I'm not in a crouching position now. Finally, the message just started feeling better the more I used the chair as my body got used to it. The pain points went away and now I spend about 30-45 minutes a day in the chair comfortably and it does a great job of lowering my anxiety and helping with the perpetual leg cramps that were preventing me from sleeping.
Would I buy this chair again?
Considering the financials, yes. There are certainly better chairs on the market, but to get a step-change in the quality you're going to be spending $3-7,000. There is just no way I could have rationalized spending that kind of money on something that feels so frivolous (though it's really not if you value low stress or sleep). If this chair breaks I will probably upgrade to a more expensive chair having now experienced the benefits, but like a beginner grade musical instrument it's good to have a quality option to make sure it is something you'll stick with before making that commitment later in life and for that, I am very happy to endorse this chair.
Delivery was earlier than expected and packaging undamaged. Assembly took about an hour. Once again, very pleased with my purchase.

Low price for the acceptable function.
Look is not “plush” and the padding is sparse.
But , it does what it claims to do.
This massage chair is off the chain. It is all and more i expected from it. To put it simple, once i assembled it..which was very easy. I tried it out and all i can say is that i fell asleep in the zero gravity option on chair. Never have i experienced this. If you are thinking about getting this Chair. Dont think....just buy it..you will be glad that you did.
Time to get back on the chair!
